Amber Owens Fitness: Transforming Lives Through Empowerment and Wellness

 

Amber Owens is on a mission to make health, wellness, and nutrition accessible to everyone, moving beyond the fleeting trends of diet fads. With a core belief in "Eating for Energy," she has positively impacted thousands around the globe over her remarkable 20-year career. Amber approaches coaching not from the perspective of where her clients currently stand, but from the potential of who they can become. She tailors her methods to help each individual discover their strongest and healthiest selves, firmly rejecting the notion of a one-size-fits-all solution in fitness.

As a dynamic entrepreneur, Amber has launched multiple fitness and wellness ventures. She juggles the roles of a devoted mother of four, an ultra-marathon runner, the host of the Next Level podcast, owner of Empowered Nutrition Company,  a nutritional wellness expert, Author of “Eating For Energy”, and a youth performance coach. Currently, she is pioneering a nutrition line designed to provide clean performance supplements for all ages, aiming to revolutionize the supplement industry so that everyone can enjoy increased energy, enhanced power, and improved recovery.

 

Amber's passion for coaching others towards healthier lifestyles is fueled by her extensive background as a trained dancer and over two decades of experience in the fitness and dance industries. This unique combination has honed her understanding of muscle complexity and function. Her journey began at a young age, witnessing family members struggle with health issues, which sparked her belief that movement and the commitment to becoming just 1% better each day can lead to transformative change. Amber is dedicated to inspiring others to embrace their potential, reminding them that they possess the strength to be the best version of themselves and live empowered, healthy lives.

 

Looking to the future, Amber is excited to create a program that funds scholarships for youth fitness development and mental performance coaching. She is actively building a team to expand her community outreach initiatives, which include organizing and sponsoring 5K, 10K, and 20K races, along with other wellness events. Additionally, she is launching a book series titled “Unstuck,” “Champion,” and “Momentum!” These works aim to empower individuals of all ages to unlock their potential through her personal journey, overcoming struggle, and practical strategies for pursuing greatness.
